These terms govern your use of the talkstory app and service, provided by Memorality. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
talkstory lets you have voice conversations about your photos and save the stories behind them. Parts of the service use artificial intelligence. AI responses can be inaccurate — talkstory is a companion for reminiscing, not a source of factual, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your photos, recordings, and stories remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service — for example, transmitting a photo to the AI service during a cloud-mode conversation, or storing conversation transcripts as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use talkstory to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memorality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
